S.O.S. Ratings Show Which Platforms Actually Care.

The Safer Online Standards (S.O.S.) are new ratings that show which platforms actually take your mental health seriously. No BS. No panic. Just real information about how the apps and sites you use handle harmful content and protect your well-being.

For years, platforms have made promises about keeping people safe, but there's been no way to know if they're actually doing anything. S.O.S. changes that with transparent ratings based on 24 expert-developed standards. Think of it like a report card for social media—showing which platforms are doing well and which ones need to step up.

If you think S.O.S. is something your friends should know about, we've put together some posts you can share. No pressure to become an activist or anything—just easy ways to spread the word if you want to. Copy whatever works for you and share it however you want.

S.O.S. isn't about banning apps or being dramatic. It's about having real info on which platforms protect mental health and which ones need to improve. That's it.
