Black women working full-time, year-round earn just 65 cents for every dollar paid to non-Hispanic white men. When all Black women earners—including full-time, part-time, and part-year workers—are counted, that figure falls to just 63 cents. That gap adds up across every paycheck, every promotion, and every year on the job. Black women deserve equal pay. #BlackWomensEqualPayDay #NCBCP50 #BlackWomensRoundtable

Black men stand with Black women on Black Women’s Equal Pay Day—and every day. Closing the wage gap strengthens Black families, builds generational wealth, and moves our communities forward. Equal pay is not just a women’s issue. It is a matter of economic justice for all of us. #BlackWomensEqualPayDay #NCBCP50 #BlackWomensRoundtable

The lifetime wage gap can cost a Black woman more than $1.1 million over a 40-year career. That means less money to buy a home, build savings, care for family, invest, and retire with security. The wage gap is not just about today’s paycheck. It shapes a lifetime of opportunity. #BlackWomensEqualPayDay #NCBCP50 #BlackWomensRoundtable

The writing is on the wall. Discontinuing EEO-1 data collection sends a clear, unmistakable message the intent of the EEOC’s leadership to ignore data in favor of its own ideological agenda. Today we are calling on Congress to take immediate action to reverse course and continue this critical practice. #BlackWomensEqualPayDay

This administration is purposefully dismantling opportunities for Black women and their economic progress. This #BlackWomensEqualPayDay we're demanding bold action from Congress to reverse course. The Working Women's Bill of Rights would be an important first step.

This #BlackWomensEqualPayDay, we're calling on policymakers to take action and urge the EEOC to continue collecting critical data that makes the enforcement of civil rights protections possible. Together, we must protect critical civil rights infrastructure.
