On November 1st, the ACA open enrollment period begins. Thanks to Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans, the costs of health insurance premiums are skyrocketing, and tens of millions of Americans are not going to be able to afford their health insurance. As a result, people will NOT get the healthcare they need – they won’t be able to fill their prescriptions, see their doctors when they’re sick, and get the preventative health care that saves lives. On the same day, more than forty million Americans will lose their SNAP benefits. Whether it’s healthcare or groceries, Trump and his Republican loyalists are making life less and less affordable for working people.
