Unionizing in Colorado is an uphill battle. The billionaire class can intimidate and harass organizing workers because we are the only state in the nation who forces workers to hold and win TWO elections to unionize. @govofco vetoed legislation that would remove the second election requirement (the Worker Protection Act). @michaelbennet and @phil.weiser have yet to prove they’d be any different. #CoPolitics #WorkerProtectionAct #UnionPower
